热输入对地铁转向架典型结构温度场的影响

Abstract:P355NL1 steel hasgood plasticity,toughnessand weldability,and is an ideal material for subway bogies.For medium and heavy plate structural parts such as bogies,MAG multi-layer welding is generally used for connection.This welding method has the characteristics oflarge heat input,high energyutilization,lowcostand few porosity defects. However,the change of heat input afects the change of grainand temperature field of multilayer weld structure,and because the complex thermal cycling processis dificult to observe by experimental means, numerical simulation of temperature field isan important means to explore the thermal processIn this paper,the welding testand temperature field simulationresearchare carredout for the MAGmulti-layer weldingof typical T-shaped structure of P355NL1 steel rail vehicle bogie.The analysis shows thatthe bottom weld hasundergone multiple thermalcycles,and the welding of therear weld willhave the effect of heat treatment on the front weld, so that therear weld hasa fine grain efectontheheat-affected zoneofthe front layer,anditis found that with the increase of welding current and the decrease of welding speed,the weld melting width and penetration depth wil increase accordingly.
