Abstract: Inorder to improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of 1Crl1Ni2W2MoV stainless steel parts,vacuum and low pressure carburizing processwas used for heat treatment.The influence of diferent carburizing temperature and time on the surface microstructure and wear resistance of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV stainlesssteel was studied.The results show that with the increase of carburizing temperature and time,the thickness and hardness of the carburizing layer also increase.When the carburizing temperature and time are (950~1050∘C)×3h ,thesurface hardness of the samples reaches 6OHRC,which ismore than 50% higher than that of the original sample 4OHRC.When the carburizing temperature is 1000∘C×3h ,fine tempered martensite can be obtained, the sample surface wear depth is minimum,and the wear resistance is best.
