Abstract： The trailer axle is a key component of the trailer，serving four critical functions： power transmission， wheel alignment maintenance，shock absorption，and load-bearing.Therefore，the wear resistance and precision of the bearing seat on the trailer axle are crucial for vehicle safety.To addressissues such as itscomplex service conditions，susceptibility to wear，and fatigue failure，theresearch focusesonthe designof thequenching inductor for the trailer axle's bearing seat， quenching methods， parameter adjustment，and deformation control.
