Application experiment of raising adult Micropterus salmoides with photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) and purification system

Abstract:This study,based on the principles of ecology and microecology,employs a microbial一dominated integrated regulation technology to control water quality within the optimal growth range for cultured organisms. The goal is to enhance stress resistance,reduce diseases,and improve yield and quality. In the adult culture trial of Micropterus salmoides,a microbial-based integrated treatment technology combining PSB(Photosynthetic Bacteria) with a biological purification device was applied. This approach efectively reduced chemical oxygen demand (COD),elevated water temperature,increased dissolved oxygen levels,and eficiently degraded organic pollutants,thereby purifying the aquaculture water. During a one一month trial,the average body length of fish in the experimental pond increased by 10.5% ,and body weight increased by 54.3% . These results fully validate that this water quality significantly promotes growth and strengthens the physique of Micropterus salmoides.
