不同投喂频率对中华鳖幼鳖生长速率的影响研究

Abstract：In this study，juvenile soft-shelled turtles Pelodiscus sinensis were selected as experimental subjects，and four different feeding frequency groups were set up，which were 1 time/day，2 times / day，3 times /day and 4 times /day，respectively. A 60-day breeding experiment was carried out under the same environmental conditions such as water quality and water temperature.The effects of different feeding frequencies on the growth rate of juvenile soft一shelled turtle were analyzed by measuring the growth indexes such as weight gain rate，specific growth rate and survival rate. The results showed that within the experimental range，with the increase of feeding frequency，the weight gain rate and specific growth of juvenile soft一shelld turtle increased first and then tended to be stable. When the feeding frequency reached 3 times / day，the growth index of juvenile soft一shelled turtle reached a high level. When the feeding frequency continued to increase to 4 times /day，the growth index did not increase significantly. The survival rate of juvenile turtles in each experimental group remained at a high level，and there was no significant difference. In summary，under the conditions of this experiment，the appropriate feding frequency of juvenile soft一shelld turtle was 3 times /day.
