Design of a knowledge graph-based aquaculture disease diagnosis system

Abstract:Given the complexity of aquaculture disease diagnosis and the multi-source,heterogeneous nature of data,this study investigates the application of knowledge graphs in disease diagnosis systems.It outlines the construction process encompassing data collection,entity modeling,relationship fusion,and semantic normalization,while detailing the system's specific design in data management, knowledge retrieval, inference engines,and user interaction modules. Through pilot implementation at representative aquaculture farms,the system's performance and effectiveness were validated. Results demonstrate a Top-1 diagnostic accuracy of 86.7% ,representing a 14.3% improvement over baseline systems. Average response latency was reduced by approximately 40% ,while treatment compliance rates increased to 91.5% .This system enables efficient,interpretable disease diagnosis and generates actionable prevention recommendations.
