Abstract:During the overwintering process of Coilia nasus in cold northern regions,low一temperature stress leads to high mortality rates,severely limiting the development of the aquaculture industry. To address this issue,an overwintering experiment for Coilia nasus in greenhouses was conducted. The experiment utilized three aquaculture modes: polyethylene tanks, fiberglass tanks,and canvas tanks. Water temperature was regulated using heated greenhouses, while water quality was managed through the activated bacterial solution and appropriate water exchange. Water parameters and fish growth were monitored to prevent disease outbreaks.Even when The results showed that throughout the overwintering period,the water temperature in all three tank types was maintained at approximately 14∘C with the support of the greenhouses and heating rods,significantly reducing low一temperature stress on the fish.The overall survival rate across the three tank types was 63.52% .Among them, the canvas tanks performed best in reducing fish injury and improving survival rate,achieving a survial rate,achieving a survival rate of 99.03% ,which was significantly superior to that of the polyethylene and fiberglass tanks.The experimental results demonstrate that the combined use of greenhouses and heating rods provides a scientifically effective solution and technical support for the overwintering of Coilia nasus in cold northern regions,ofering important insights for the sustainable development of the aquaculture industry.
