Current Situation and Suggestions for High-quality Development of Smart Cultural Tourism Industry in Henan Province

Abstract：[Purposes] This paper aims toanalyze the current situation and existing problems of the development of smart cultural tourism industry in Henan Province，and explores the high-quality development path of smart cultural tourism in Henan Province.[Methods] This study systematically deconstruct structs the synergistic mechanisms of "technology-industry-policy" in smart cultural tourism development and quantitatively evaluate the current status of Henan's smart cultural tourism industry.[Findings]There are some core problems in the smart cultural tourism industry in Henan Province，such as low technology conversion rates，inefficient resource value transformation，and dual lags in institutional supplyand talent reserves.[Conclusions] In alignment with the development trends of new-generation informationtechnologies such as artificial intelligence and 5G，the study proposes strategies including building a "cloud-edge-device"collaborative system and creating a digital cultural tourism IP matrix.
