Numerical Simulation of Structure Optimization of Coaxial Straightswirling Mixed JetNozzle

Abstract:[Purposes] This paper aims to determine the reasonable parameters for the straight-swirling mixed jetdrill bit.[Methods] In this paper,numerical simulation software such as ANSYS and Fluent is used to studythe flow field characteristicsof coaxial direct swirl mixed jetbyusing the control variable method,and the influence law of the key structural parameters of the bit (direct swirl flow ratio slot aspect ratio , mixed cavity length-diameter ratio linear section length-diameter ratio ) on the flow field is analyzed.[Findings] affects the distribution ratio of direct flow and rotating jet, and mainly affects the spinning energy of rotating jet.[Conclusions] It can be concluded that the flow field suitable for self-feeding driling canbe obtainedby adjusting the bit structure.Taking the axial velocity and radial distribution of the jet as evaluation indexes,the optimal parameters of the bit are: =0.46,d/d =0.67, =0.56,providing engineering guidance for radial drilling construction. 自进式直旋混合射流是将直射流和旋转射流相结合的组合射流[1-2],有效地结合了两者的优点,喷射能量分布均匀,钻探孔径较大,有效破岩距离长,尺寸小,结构简单,且避免了形状不均匀,偏离预定角度的问题。(剩余3812字)
