Abstract: [Purposes] This paper aims to study the ways to improve the reliability of civil aviation communication,navigation and monitoring system,and ensure the safe and efficient operation of air transportation.[Methods] The problems existing in the reliability of civil aviation communication navigation monitoring system include maintenance management,coordination, environmental adaptability and personnel training.Firstly,hardware upgrades are performed to enhance the physical infrastructure of the system; secondly,software optimization is carried out to improve system performance and user experience; thirdly,redundant design is introduced to improve the fault tolerance and stability of the system; finally, regular system maintenance and inspection are needed,and it is necessary to strengthen personnel training,enhancing the team's professional skils and emergency response capabilities.[Findings] The failure rate decreased significantly: the system failure rate decreased from 2O times a year to 5 times a year, a decrease of 7 5 % . The emergency response time was shortened from an average of 4 hours to an average of1 hour,which was increased by 7 5 % .[Conclusions] Improving the reliability of civil aviation communicationnavigation monitoring system is the key toensure thesafetyof air transportation.In the future, measures should be made to continue to pay attention to the application of new technologies and constantly improve and optimize the system to meet the changing needs and challenges.At the same time, the system monitoring and data analysis should be further strengthened to achieve more refined management and continuous improvement.
