[Abstract]Traumatic dental injuries areacommon clinical occurrence and encompass aspectrum of types and severities，whichcanelicitbiologicalresponseswithinthedentalpulp.Theaccuateasssmentofpulpalstatus，longsidetim lyandappropriatetherapeuticinterventions，isessentialforpreventingcomplications，facilitatingcontinuedrootdevelopmentin immaturepermanentteethandoptimizing the preservationof natural dentition.This reviewsystematicall examinesthepathophysiologicalchanges inpulpaltissuesafterdentaltrauma，evaluatetechniques forasesingpulpcondition，andoutlinesevidence-basedtreatmentstrategies.Theobjectiveistoestablishascientificfoundationtosupportclinicians in the standardized diagnosis and management of traumatic dental injuries.
