AbstractForestresource monitoring isthecore technical meansof ecologicalprotectionandsustainableforestrymanagement. Obtainingforestcoverage,trespeciesdtributionanddynamicchangeinformationtroughemotesensingandartficialintellience methodscanprovidescientificsupportforecologicalasessent,carbonsinkcalculationandforestdisasterwaringThereareome problemsinthecurrntdeepleaingalgorithm,suchasinsuficientfeaturefusionweakabilityofvegetationboundaryanddetail featureextraction.InordertoimprovetheaccuracyofforestresourcemonitoringbasedontheimprovedU-shapednetwork algorithm,anembeddedchanelatentionmodulewasintroducedtodsignaforestresourcemonitoringalgorithm.Theesultssowed thatwhenthenumberoffeatures was24,theoverallaccuracyof the improvedalgorithmwasthe best,which was 91.6% .Atthe same time,theKapppcofcientwas0.89.Intermsofindiviualselection,tedistributionaccuracofthealgoritmforfoursaplesof Pinustabuliformis,Ouercusalienavar.acuteserrata,PinusarmandiandPlatycladusorientaliswasmaintainedat 85%-95% .The improvedU-shapednetworkalgorithmsignificantlyimprovesthaccracyanddetailrecogitionabilityofforestresourcemoitoring, andprovidesamore accurate technical path for dynamic monitoring of forest resources.
