Abstract：InthisstudytooktheairnegativeoxygenionsintheHebeiWulingMountainNationalNatureReserveastheresearchob ject.Byusinglongterdyamicmoitoringdata，weanalyzdtedailymonthlyandsasonalvarationsofirgativeygenion concentrationsatthesamplgpintsLaaLak，ganWaterfallndXiaenagodasellselatiosipithe logicalfactorsesudysoaalydtevaluatioofirqualityandngatieoxygenonconcetrationlvelsmingtoproidedata supportfortheevaluationofcologicalservicefunctionsandenvironmentalqualityinthereserve.TeresultsshowThedailyvaationf airnegativeoygenionsinWulingMountainNationalNatureReserefolowsaU-shapedpaten，withhgheroncentratiosatnight thanduringtheday；eoverallmontlyarationpaesosnivertedUshapedrend，withthighestcoceratiosiJune andJuly，thelowestinDecember;Theseasonal variationof negativeoxygenionconcentrations isintheorderof summer > autumn > spring （204 > winter；irgaencaiosisantlgaieyoeadidddiantliela edwithcarbondoxideoncetratiomospericmperaurendmospericumidity；egativexygnonocetratioleelis classified as Class 1.
