Abstract:Amethodologicalframeworkwasestablishedtorealizetheall-weatheranddynamicsupervisionofsuddenwaterpolution sources.Theproposedmodel integrates theconceptsofaBayesian-multi MarkovchainMonteCarlomethodandHEC-RAShydrody namicmodel.Themethodologicalframeworkwastestedusingtwohypotheticalcasesofapotentialsudenastewaterspillincidentand multi-pointsourceshichthelocationinformationisknown.Thestudyresultsshowthat:Forthetrackingofsuddenwastewaterdischarge,heinverseproblemmodelcanefectivelyestimatesourceparametersincludingsourcelocation,sourceflowrate,startingand endingtieofdischarge.Forthdyamicsupervisionofmultiplepolutionsouces,theinverseproblemmodelcanfctivelyidentifythe dischargeamoutsandtarting/endingtimeofmultiplepolutionsources.Thedevelopedinversemodelcouldprovidetechicalsolutiofor dynamic monitoring of sudden water pollution with the support of on-line data in the future.
