Abstract：Underthebackgroundof“CarbonEmissionPeakandCarbonNeutrality”，theroleofgreenenergyinassistingregional carbonemsionrductioandlowarbondevelopmentofenterprisesisecomingincreasinglyimportat.Hweversangingec ologicalproduct，thetransfomationpathofgeenpowerinthecarbonemisioneductionis“notsmooth".Basedoheoreticalsearch andmanagementpractics，thisapeaalysabonisiductionsoucsxistig tasforatiopathsndrelatedlaios suchasenterprisecarbonmissionrightstrading.Italsoexploresproductcarbonfotprintcertification，thedevelopmentofvoluntary eisionreductiorojets，ndeamsteckscyeneearingiust，artilalyesdst transformingcarbonresourcevalue.Onthebasisofacceleratingtheestablishmentofthecorelogicofthevalueofcarbonresourcesand constructingasietificdectiecaboniocoutingsmtesdypoposdivesidrsfoatiopathdpport ing measures that reflect the value of carbon resources in a gradual and appropriate manner.
