Abstract：ThispaperanalyzedthecharacteristicsofsevereweathereventsinTongliaoCity，whichislocatedinthesoutheasterne gionoferMongoliaandtheirimpactoteologicalnviroentFromtheperspectivesoflimateelementchangetrends，lite states，extreeeaeddallraecis，dtdo othermethodstoanalzetheirchangecharacteristics.TheresultsshowthattheindexofextremetemperatureinTongliaoCityshowsanncreasingtrendhetrendofclimatewarmingisobvious，hichleadstomorepromnentextremeprecipitationandrainsto.Tefluctuationofextremelowtmperaturesisorebvious，andtheakeningtrendofetremepreciitationintesityisoreproouncedaat ofextremesnowfalleincreaseintemperatureandprecipitationhasledtonimprovementinvegeatiocoverageinheeaandthe overall ecologicalenvironmentisshowingatrendofimprovement（withadiffrenceofmorethan1inindicatorchanges）.
