Abstract:Thelargeamountoforganicmaterinurbansewageleadstoeutrophicationofwaterbodies,whichinturncausesenvironmentalproblemssuchasblackandodorouswaterbodies,ndtheproliferationoflgae.Themicrobialpopuationinmicrobialagentscan producevariousdeadingeestoefcientlydgadeganicaterinastewater.erforemicrobalagenttatcanfectiely removeorganicmaterfromsewageisdevelopedinordertosolvetheproblemofurbansewage.Thestudyscrensandidentifiesstrainsof compositemicrobialagentstoeterinetheirsuitabilityforsynthesizingmicrobialagentstroughuxiliaryverificationandtoimpleent complexfermentationplanforbcterialliquidTesultsidicatetataeutraleviroentisteoptialconditionfoogaicer purification using composite bacterial solution,and 28qC is the optimal temperature for water purification using composite bacterial solution.Underthesetwoenvironments,chemicaloxygendemand(COD)andtotalorganiccarbon(TOC)inurbanwastewatercanbeeffec tively removed.
