Abstract:ThispaperconductsacomprehensiveanalysisandreviewofthechangingtrendsintheFourWaterschalengeintheYangtzeRiverbasinItproposesongtermtargetrequirementsforthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofwaterresourcesintheYangzeRiver. Basedntheatuityectivessndsustaiabiltyfcholo,etofpriplesforengndtegatioloi thecordinatedgoveranceoftheFour Watersisformulated.Utilizingthefivestagetheory,thematurity(SRL)matrixbasedtechn logicalintegrationmetodisotiiedfortegoveanceofeFourWatersFollwingteprnciplesofquantfingthdamagecused bytheFourWatersallngesinteYangtzeRverandbalancingteultidimensioalsystemgoveanceagainsttecholoicalefits, atechnologicalintegrationframeworkforterotectionanddevelopmentofwateresoucesintheYagtzeRiverisonstructedThee searchaistocomprehensivelydiagnosetheissuesregardingtheproblemof“fourrivers”intheYangtzeRiverandprovideintegrated technical solutionsand theories fortheeficientutilizationand protectionof the waterresourcesoftheYangtze River.
