Abstract:Thelow-carbondevelopmentof industrialparksiscomprehensiveandcomplex.Taking BaoshanEconomicDevelopment ZoneinHebiasanexample,thecarbonemisionintensityoftheparkisinvestigatedandcalculated,andtelowcarbondevelopent strategyisproposedTheresultsshowthatcarbondioxideemisionsinBaoshanconomicdevelopmentZonecontinuetoincreasearbon emisionsperunitofindustrialaddedvaluecontinuetoecline,indicatingthattheparkisinthedevelopmentstagofcapacityexpansion,whilethetechnicalcontentofenterprisesandecoomicbenefitscontinuetoimprove.Telow-carbondevelopmentproblemsofthe parkmainlyincudethesructuredependentonfosilenenedsteadusted,teencompeitiveadvantageoftheadingdus tryneedstoegd,tporingaitabodhlogspoedeiof greenandlowarbonifrasructureisimperfectTeloarbonevelopmentstrategofteparkisproposedbydjustingandtizingtheeerructure,promotigtentrasfoationofteidstryotiuouslyrengthingsientificndecholoicai vation,langutateicegingiustisproingtendlowarbevelflingsndilingabope sion platform of the park.
