AbstractObjetive:Toexploretheconstructionofadiversifiedqualityevaluationsystemandimprovementpath forhigherVocational nursing education.Methods:The SERVQUALmodelwas aplied toconstruct thequality evaluationscaleof higher vocationalursing education.Themainfactorsifluencingthequalityofhighervocationalnursingeducationwereanalyzed.Forthemaininfluencngfactos, the training path of "1.5-year college + 1.5-year teaching hospital apprenticeship system" was proposed for educational reform.The assessmentsores,mploymentsituations,knowledgeandskillevels,ndsatisfactionofgraduatesbeforeandaftertheeducational reformwereevaluatedthroughquestionnairesandinterviews.Results:Aftertheimplementationofteachingreform,graduatesmajorigin nursinginigrvoaioalsdiatlimproedisfplntuatiosilleelandtisfactoois The reformmeasuresofhighervocationalnursingeducationandteachinguderthebackgroundofmedical-educationalcollborationhad asignificant fectoniprovingthequalityofursingeucatin.Itcouldprovideareferenceforexploringtheimprovementofthequality ofhighervocationalnursingeducationandthecutivationofappliednursingtalentsunderthebackgroundofdepeningthemedicaleducational collaboration.
