AbstractObjective：Totestthereliabilityandvalidityofthel2-itemshortenedChineseversionoftheFamilyResilienceAsessnt Scale.Methods：Aquestionnairesurveywasconductedamong458caregiversofchildrenwithcancerandepilepsyAl2-itemhortened ChineseversionoftheFamilyResilience Assessment Scalewas developed using factoranalysis and screning ofentries withexpert opinion.Atotalof85adultcancerpatientswereselectedfortheinvestigation.Andthereliabilityandvidityofthe2-itemorted ChineseversionoftheFamilyResilienceAsessmentScaleweretestedResults：TheCronbach'sαcoficientofthel2-itemortend ChineseversionoftheFamilyResilienceAsessmentScalewasO.914Andthesplit-alfreliabilitywasO.86.Thescale-levelcontent validityindex（S-CVI）was0.92.Andtheitem-levelcontentvlityindex（-CVI）rangedfro0.83Oto0o.Therevisedconfiatory factoranalysismodel showedthatallindexesofthemodelwereintheaceptablerange.Conclusions：The12-itemshortened Cinese versionof theFamilyResiience Asessment Scalehasgoodreliabilityandvalidityamongcancerpatients.Itcouldbeusedasa measurement tool for rapidlyassessing the family resilience of patients.
