2012一2021年我国健康教育人力资源配置现状及影响因素

AbstractObjective:Toanalyzethecurentstatusandinfluencingfactorsofhumanresourcesalocationinhealtheducationosto provideareferencefornationalresearchonhumanresourcesinhealtheducation.Methods:Thisstudyselectedthehealtheducation humanresourcedatafromthe"ChinaHealthStatisticalYearbook"from2Ol2to2O21.Descriptiveanalysiswasadoptedtoanalyzethe currentsituationofhumanresources.Andthehealthresourcedensityindex(HRDI)wascalculated.Thefactorscloselyrelatedtohuman resourceswereseledbyusingorelationanalyss,inearfitngandgreycorelatiodegeemethods.Results:Comparedwitte number of health education personnel in China increased by 68.49% in 2021.The HRDI value increased by 65.26% .Thenumber of managers increased by 92.31% ,and the number of registered nurses increased by 204.23% .In 2021,the number of health education institutions increased by 5.30% .The numberof institutions in the easternregion remained relatively stable,whilethatin the central region hadthehighestgrowthrate,andthatinthewesteregionwasthelargest.Fiscalrevenuewas mainlycomposedoffiscalsubsidyincome. Andexpenditurewasmainlybasedonmedicalbusinesscosts/medicalandhealthcareexpenditures/institutional expenditures.The numberofhealtheducationinstitutionshadthehighestcorelationwithhumanresources.Conclusions:From2Ol2to021,thehuman resourcesforhealtheducationinChinagraduall increasedandthefairnessofallcationimproved.Thegrowthratesofmanagersand registerednurseswererelativelyhigh.Inthefuture,diversifiedhealtheducatiosystemneedtobconstructed,toduetheibalance amongregions.Thealocationofhumanresourcescouldbepromoted bystrengthening thenumberofhealtheducationinstitutions.
