AbstractObjective:Toexploremediatingroleofemotional exhaustion in therelationship between senseofbelongingand turnoverntentionofclinicalurses.Methods:Atotalof192clinicalnursesfrom6trtaypublichospitalsinWuhancitywereelecteds thestudysubjectsfromMay022toMayO24.Datawerecolectedbygeneralinformatioquestionnaire,theemotionalexhaustion subscaleof theMaslachBuroutInventory,theClinicalSenseofBelongingScale,andtheTurnoverIntentionQuestioaire.Results: The scores of emotional exhaustion of clinical nurses was 15.56±2.45.′ The scores of sense of belonging was 120.67±15.66.L And the scores of turnover intentionwas 16.01±2.63.E motional exhaustionofclinical nurses was negatively correlated with senseofbelonging (r=-0.723 , P<0.01 )and positively correlated with turnover intention r=0.665 , P<0.01 ). Sense of belonging was negatively correlated with turnover intention r=-0.712,P<0.01) .Mediation analysis revealed that emotional exhaustion played a mediating role between sense of belongingandturoverintentionofiicalnurses.Conclusis:Emotionalexhaustionisamediatigvariableinterelatiohipbetwen senseofbeloggdtuoveritetioofcicalurses.Hospialdmistratorssouldimplementtargetedinterentiostote emotional exhaustion and reduce turnover intention clinical nurses.
