AbstractObjective:Toanalyzethealocationandchanging trendofnursinghumanresourceinGuizhouprovincefrom2Ol3to023, andtoexplorecofiguationfie,oastoprovideabasisfimprovigthefiesadblnceofnursingmanesouelcation inGuizhouprovice.Methods:Statisticalmethodswereadoptedtodescribethecurentsituationofnursinghumanresoucealocationin Guizhouprovince.TheconfigurationfesswasanalyzedyusigtheLorentzcurveandteGnicoeficient.Finally,theagation degreandhealthresouredensityindexwereusedtoanalyzethespecificalocationsituationanddemandforecastofeachcityResults: From2013to2O23,thenumberofregisterednurses inGuizhouprovince increasedfrom59368to163692,withanaverageanual growth rate of 15.97% .In 2023,the Gini coefficients distributed by population and geographical area were O.O7and O.29 respectively.The concentrationdgreeofnursinghumanresoucesalocatedbygeograpicalareainachcitywasgreatethanthataloatedbyopulation. Thenursing humanresourceincitiesofGuizhouprovincewaslackandcoexistedwithredundancy.Conclusions:Thetotalallcationof nursing human resources inGuizhou province had steadily increased.The fairnessof nursing human resources basedon population distributionwassuperiortothatbasedongeographicaldistribution.Thefaiessofgeographicaldistibutionneededtobeimproved.It sugestedthatthefairnessofthealocationofnursing humanresources inGuizhou province beenhanced through measures suchas governmentleadership,thejontactionofiversifedmetods,ientificalocationofursingumanesources,trengtheningdace and incentives as wellas cross-regional collaboration,and supply-side reform of nursing human resources.
