山东省老年人电子健康素养的潜在剖面分析

AbstractObjective：ToexplorethelatentcategoriesandinfluencingfactorsofeHealthliteracyamongtheelderlyinShandong province，soastoprovidereferenceforforulatigtargetedinterventionmeasures.Methods：Atotalof977elderlypeopleinShandong provincewereinvestigatedbyusingthegeneraldataquestionaire，HealthLiteracyScale（eHEALS）andtherevisedversionofHealth PromotionLifestyleIfromOctober2O23toJanuary2024.Mplus8.3softwarewasusedtoanalyzethepotentialprofileof eHealth literacyintheelderlyResults：TheeHealthliteracyoftheelderlyinShandongprovincecouldbedividedintothreepotentialcategories： low eHealth literacy group （12.7% ），medium eHealth literacy group （49.5% ）and high eHealth literacy group （37.8% ）.Logistic regression analysissowedthatageduationallevel，monthlyincome，conomicsource，hsicalhealthstatus，formationsearchcotext， perceivedusefulnessofHealthinformation，ommunityfacilities，socialsupportandhalthpromotionlifestyleweretheifluncing factorsof latentprofilecategoriesofeHealthliteracy intheelderly ΔP<0.05 ）.Conclusions：ThereWasheterogeneityineHealthliteracyof theelderlyin Shandong province.Relevant departmentsshouldtake targetedinterventionmeasuresbasedonthecharacteristicsof different types of elderly peopleand improve the eHealth literacy of the elderly.
