AbstractObjective：Toconstructaclinicalcaresystemforpaliaivecareofchildrenaged3-12yearsoldwithmalignanttumor，to providreferenceforpallativecareofchildrenaged3-12yearsoldwithmalignanttumor.Methods：Guidedbythetheoreticalframeworks ofsocialwormtheorycomfortcaretheory，basedonliteraturereviewsemi-structuredinterviews，theDelphimethodwas usedtoconducttwooundsofexpertconsuationswith16experts.Acinicalcaresystemforpallativecareofcdrenaged-years old with malignant tumor wasconstructed.Results：Theeffectivequestionaireresponserates forthetworoundsofinquirywere 90.00% （204号 88.89% ，respectively.The authoritycoeficientsof experts wereO.839O.857.Andthe Kendalsconcordancecoefficients were 0.159 0.243（all P<0.001 ）.The clinical care system for pallative care of children aged 3-12 years old with malignant tumor included 4 primaryindicators，9secondaryindicators48tertiaryindicators.Conclusions：Theclinicalservicesystemforpalitivecareof childrenaged3-12yearsoldwithmalignanttumorsconstructedintisstudyasgodsientificityapplicabilityAnditouldpovide reference for clinical nursing practice.
