AbstractObjectiveToxploeteaplcationefectofpredictieursinginteperioperatieursingofpatientsunderentgolgical laparoscopicsurgeriesMethds：Atotalof8patientsounderwentlaparoscopicsurgeriesintegnecolgdepartmentofrospial from June 2O21to May 2O23 were selected and divided intoacontrol groupand a studygroup，with 64 patients in each group. Thepatentsincontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursing，whilethepaientsinstudygroupreceivedpredictivenursingonthebasisofroutie nursing.Thesurgicalindicators，qualityoflfeandsafetyof thetwogroupswerecompared.Results：Theoperationtimeandhospital stayintheobservatiogroupwereshorterthantoseintecontrolgroup，andtheintraoperativebloodlossaslesstanthatinthecotrol group，with statistically significant differences（ P<0.05 ）. The scores of various aspects of quality of life and the total health score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（ .The incidence of complications in the observation group （4.69% ） was lower than that in the control group （10.93% ），with a statistically significant difference（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusions：The implementationofpredictienursingintheperioperativenursingofgynecologicallaparosopicsurgerieshelpstoshortentheoation time and hospital stay and improve the quality of life of patients.
