AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatethestatusquoofreflective practiceamong woundandostomyspecialistnursesandanalyzeits influencingfactors，soastoprovidereferencefortheeducationandmanagementofwoundandostomyspecialistnurses.Methods： Usingcoveniencesampling，atotalof2O9 woundandostomyspecialitursesfrom13thirdgradehospitalsinSichuanprovince were selectedasureyparticipantstnFebruaryndApril.AgneralfoationquestioiieeversioReflectiractice QuestionaiendrofessaldentityQuetioieedfoeryUnatealisorelatioaalsdar regresionanalysiswereconductedtoinvestigateteinfluencingfactorsofreflectivepracticeamongwoundandostomyspecialstnuses. Results：The reflective practice score of wound and ostomy specialist nurses was （142.58 ± 13.83），with an average item score of （4.32± 0.42）.Lineargalsaledatasfeldkpecaiolelreialitleue wasafulltimewoundandostoyspecialist，whethrthenurseseredasamentorforwoundndstomyspecialistnurses，thelevelf woundadostoytringatndd，ndprofessoalidentitereinflueingfactorsofflectiepracticeoncusis：eflectie practicescoeodrateversintrodfospalistudtispeldrgatitels， promotingfultsealistssdanigthpofessalientityeimportaytmpoveetiepaciceofo and ostomy specialist nurses .
