AbstractObjective：Toanalyzethecouplingandcoordinationdegreeandrelativedevelopmentdegreeofhealthresourcesandeonomic development in Shanxi province from 2O17 to2O21，andtoprovidereferencefor promoting thecoordinated developmentof healthresourcesandeconomicdevelopmentinShanxiProvince.Methods：EntropyrightTOPSIS method，relativedevelopmetmodel andcouplngcordinationmodelwereusedtoevaluatethecoordinatedrelationshipbetweenhealthresourcesandconomicdevelopment inShanxiprovicefrom2O17to2021Results：From217to2O21，lthoughtheoverallcouplingcoordinationdegreeinShanxirovince fluctuatedslightly，thecouplingcoordinationdegreebetweenhalthresourcesandeconomicdevelopmentwasalwaysintheatagonistic stage，withnotaggradechange，tecoordinationdegreeofthetwosystemsasnothigh，theegionaldiferenceassignificant，and theallocationofhealthresource wasbeterthantheeconomicdevelopment.Conclusions：Eachregion shouldformulatecoresponding measuresaccording tolocalconditions，further improve thecouplingandcordinationofhealthresourcesandeconomic development， and narrow the regional differences.
