AbstractObjective:Toanalyzetheauricularacupointprescriptionsandselectionpattesinclinicalreatmentliteratureonauricular therapywithsedpressngforposttrokedysphagiapatientsbyusingdatamiingtecniques,soastoprovidreferencesforfuturlinical researchandtreatmentofdysphagia.Methods:ChinaNationalKnowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFangData,VIPDatabase,China BiologyMedicine(B),andubdreearedtoreeliterature,ttractauriularrapyresitiosdtouctetion analysisResults:Atotalof3Oarticleswereicluded,and15auricularacupintprescriptiosinolving16acupoitswereextractedThe topfiveauptssdseingdeofrucyeretatseboeothdge.iclaf theseacupoitseeelohalalusdesptielystealsisedi cheek,throatoueisteouthndborte;art;oachierideynlee;nddipth esophagus,andgalladerCelationanalysisofaupntsrevealedrongaocaiosschasouttou-brastemouthbain stem-throat,braistem-thoat,andbstemtonguetroat.Conclusios:Theselectionofuricularacupoitsforauricularrapyith sedpressinginthetreatmentofpoststrokedyspagiapatientsfollos theauriularolgrahyteory,ithacupotsorespodingto zang-fu organs and related to the illness location of the throat.
