AbstractObjective：Toanalyzetheauricularacupointprescriptionsandselectionpattesinclinicalreatmentliteratureonauricular therapywithsedpressngforposttrokedysphagiapatientsbyusingdatamiingtecniques，soastoprovidreferencesforfuturlinical researchandtreatmentofdysphagia.Methods：ChinaNationalKnowledge Infrastructure（CNKI），WanFangData，VIPDatabase，China BiologyMedicine（B），andubdreearedtoreeliterature，ttractauriularrapyresitiosdtouctetion analysisResults：Atotalof3Oarticleswereicluded，and15auricularacupintprescriptiosinolving16acupoitswereextractedThe topfiveauptssdseingdeofrucyeretatseboeothdge.iclaf theseacupoitseeelohalalusdesptielystealsisedi cheek，throatoueisteouthndborte;art;oachierideynlee；nddipth esophagus，andgalladerCelationanalysisofaupntsrevealedrongaocaiosschasouttou-brastemouthbain stem-throat，braistem-thoat，andbstemtonguetroat.Conclusios：Theselectionofuricularacupoitsforauricularrapyith sedpressinginthetreatmentofpoststrokedyspagiapatientsfollos theauriularolgrahyteory，ithacupotsorespodingto zang-fu organs and related to the illness location of the throat.
