AbstractObjective：Toassessthestatusquoofadvancecareplaning（ACP）readinessamongcommunity-dwelingolderadultsandto analyzeitsinfluencingfactors.Methods：Acombinedapproachemployingmulti-stagesamplingandconvenencesamplingwasutiliedto survey965communitdwelingoderadultsetweeJulyadctober223Datacolectioninvoledgeneraldemoraphcquestiies， ACPReadiness Scale，theChineseversionoftheFamilyCohesion EvaluationScale，andtheChineseversionoftheDeathAnxiety Scale.Multiple linearstepwiseregresionanalysis was performedtoidentifythefactors influencingACPreadinessResults：TheCP readinessoreamogommunitwellngerultsas（8485.77）ultivarateaalysowedtageduatioelge monthlyincome，self-ratedhealthfamilyohesion，eathemotion，andeathognitioassignificantfctors uencingACad P< 0.05）.Conclusions：ACPreadinessamongcommunity-dwelingolderadults ismoderatelyhighand influencedbyvarious factors. Healthcare profesionalscan prioritizeACPpromotionamong specificolderadult groupsbasedonthesefactors.Moreover，tention shouldbedirectedtowards thesignificanceoffamilyinvolvementanddeatheducationinACPimplementationtoenhanceACPreadine among community-dwelling older adults.
