AbstractOectieTxploethplatiotfeifoatiooledetidepractieAtervetiooeid withfebrlesezuresethds:AttalofdnibilezuerespitadiidgradAspecldospialian fromJanuarytoDecember2O23wereselectedandrandomlydividedintoacontrolgroupandaninterventiongroup,with12Ocases in each group.Thepatientsincontrolgroupadoptedtheroutine nursing mode,ndthepatientsininterventiongroupwere giventhe IKAP nursing modeonthebasisofreceivingroutine nursing.Thehospitalizationduration,thenumberofdaysforfeversubsidence,the frequencyoffebrilesures,terecurencerate,tecliicalusingeffectandtheursingsatisfactionoftechdrenintetwooups werecomparedResults:Thehospitalizationduration,thenumberofdaysforfeversubsidence,thefrequencyoffebrileseizursandthe recurencerateoftechildeiteterventiogroupwerelwerthanthoseinteontrolgroupndthedierenceswereisial significant .-0.05 ;the clinical nursing effectiverateofthechildren and thetotal nursing satisfaction rateofthe main caregivers in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( .(P<0.05) .Conclusions: Adoptingthe IKAP nursing modeforchildren with febrileseizurescould improvetheclinical interventionefectofchildren with febrile seizures and increase the satisfaction of the main caregivers.
