Comprehensive Evaluation of Water-saving Society Based on Driving-Pressure-State-Influence-Response Theory

Abstract:To solvetheproblems of insuffcientcompletenessof content,simplequantificationand grading of indicators, and significant influence ofsubjectivefactors on weights incurent water-saving society evaluation models,a water-saving society evaluation model was constructed based on the driving-pressure-state-influence-response(DPSIR)theory, combined withthesingleindicatorquantification-multi-criteria integration-multi-objective synthesis(SMI-P)methodof combined weighting.The results show thattheconstructed model enriches the evaluation content of water-saving society fromthe perspectiveof sustainable development,improves the evaluation index system,and furtherclarifythecausalrelationship between various indicators,reasonablyexplainthedynamic balanceof thedevelopment process of various indicators in water-saving society.The SMI-Pmethod ofcombined weightingcanrefinethe grading of indicator quantification, improve thequantification methodof indicators,and reduce weighting errors.The model constructed in this paper solves the problems of incompleteevaluation content,fuzzyevaluation classification and large error of index data procesing in the current water-saving social evaluation model,and the evaluation results are more clear and reliable.
