Abstract:Tomato isanimportantvegetableand economic crop.Tasty tomatoes mainly refer toacategory of tomatoes characterizedby high solublesolidscontent,excellnt flavor quality,and suitability for fresh consumption.The market demand for tasty tomato is growing.The production of high-quality tasty tomatoes requires not only superior varieties,but also supporting cultivation techniques to yield products.This article summarized key techniques involved in theproduction of tasty tomatoes,includingvarietyselection,irrigation and fertilization management,pest and disease control,and optimal harvesting timing. It aimed to serve as a guidance for the high-quality production of tasty tomatoes.
