Abstract:Bashancelery isa specialty of Yishui county,Shandong province,and was confirmedas a national geographical indication product for agricultural products in 2O11.This article elaborated on the geographical indication characteristics of Bashan celery,including production area,production environment,cultural history, and product quality.It summarized the unique production method of Bashan celery from the aspects of origin selection,variety selection,production management process,and harvest,aiming to maintain the brandof Bashan celery, improve its popularity and market competitiveness.
