Abstract:Hydrogen(H2),asan important signalingmolecule,plays a crucial role inplant physiological regulationand signal transduction,modulating plant growth,development,and stress resistance.Theapplication of hydrogen-rich water (HRW) can provide plant roots with an ample supply of hydrogen. Microorganisms are vital in agricultural fields,including microbial fertilizerproduction,biological control,soil improvement, enhancement of plant stress resistance,and eco-friendly development.Moreover,HRW exertsa positive regulatory efect on the growth and reproduction of microorganisms.The synergistic interaction between HRW and microorganisms playsa significant rolein advancing agricultural practices.This article systematically reviewed the applications of microorganismsand HRW inagriculture,exploring the synergistic effects of the two and their potential applications in agriculture,with the aim of reducing chemical inputs and promoting green agricultural technology innovation.
