Abstract:To clarify the relationship between fiber orientation and mechanical properties of thermoplastic composites during the molding process and guide the design of actual component manufacturing,a multiscale nylon/carbon fiber composite material model is constructed using Multiscale Designer software. The material cards are built,and the test and simulation results are compared at both the spline and component levels. Taking thermoplastic carbon plate for shoe material as an example,the mesh model of the carbon plate for shoe material is built,followed by mold flowand structural analyses.The mechanical properties of the carbon plates are calibrated,yielding an injection gate design that meets the specified requirements.
