Abstract:To ensure the safe and stable working of the five-hundred-meter aperture spherical radio telescope(FAST),a 3D visualization monitoring method based on real-time information data is proposed.By integrating key technologies such as 3D static/dynamic modeling,real-time processing of multi-source data,and Ansys simulation analysis,a high fidelity digital twin model of FASTis constructed.A graphical user interface(GUI) system is developed using the LightningChart graphic library,and the second level visual warning of equipment abnormal signals is achieved,and the fault response time is significantly reduced. It can provide reference for the implementation of digital twin based visual monitoring for large-scale radio telescopes and its arrays.
