Simulation on dynamic characteristics of ultra-high stacker based on rigid-flexible coupling

Abstract:To ensure the structural stability and operational safety of a 45 m ultra-high single-column stacker crane,a refined 3D model is developed using NX Nastran and Simcenter Motion software. A rigid-flexible coupled dynamic analysis method is employed to simulate the mechanical behavior of the ultra-high stacker crane under all operational conditions.Particular emphasis is placed on capturing the dynamic variation paterns of column deformation,stress,and beam deflection during movement,as well as the real-time distribution characteristics of the front and rear wheel loads.The results show that the ultra-high stacker crane satisfies the structural requirements for overall strength,stiffness,and stability under extreme working conditions,while acceleration has a significant influence on the dynamic characteristics of the ultra-high stacker crane.
