Abstract:Thedevelopmentandapplicationof externalysourcedself-healing composites have becomean importantresearcharea forpromoting thesustainabledevelopmentofaviationmaterials.Inthispaper,theresearch progressandaplications of externallysourcedself-healing compositessuchas microcapsuletechnologyoptimizeddesignof holow fibersystems,vascular network self-healing technology,super-elastic elastomers,nanoparticleself-healing materials,and memory alloywiresaresystematicallexpounded.Basedontherepair mechanism,evaluationoftherepair efectunder mechanicaltesting,and preparationtechnology,thedevelopmentdirectionofexterallsourcedcompositesisanalyzed.Tis paperreviews thedevelopmentdirectionsof externallysourcedself-healingcomposites,including intellgentization,multifunctionalityvironmentalfrendlinssndhghficiencyandlooksforwardtotdevelopmentprospecttaeteally sourced composites will provide solutions for innovative research in more fields.
