Abstract:With thevigorousdevelopmentofcommercialaerospace,satelitelightweightinghasbecomeakeyapproach toimproving sateliteperformanceandreducing launchcosts.Composites,withtheiruniqueadvantages suchas light weight,high strength,andstrongdesignability,havebeenwidelyapliedinthefieldofommercialsatelites.Thispaperreviewseaplcationstatusofcomposites inthelightweightingofcommercialsatelites,elaboratesonthe typesandcharacteristicsofcommonlyusedcomposites,analyzes theirapplicationcases andadvantages in keycomponentssuchassatelite structuralparts, antenasystems,andteralcontrolsysems,discussesthecurrntchallengesfaced,andprospectsthefuturedevelopent trends.Through in-depthresearchontheappicationofcompositesinthefieldofcommercialsatelites,itprovidesareference for promoting the further development of commercial satellite technology.
