Study on influence factors of bonding performance between composite materials and metals

Abstract：Composite materialsandmetalconnectionsbelong toheterogeneous materialconnections，andadhesiveconnectionsare widelyusedintheaerospacefield.Thefactors thatafectthebonding performance mainlyincludethematerialof the adhesive，thesurface treatmentofthebondingsurface，thesizeof thepresetgluelump，thediferenceofcoefficentof thermalexpansionofdiferentmaterials，temperatureconditions，etc.Theeffectsof tematerialoftheadhesive，thesizeof the preset gluelump，andthe highandlowtemperatureonthe bonding performance were studied betweencomposite materialsandmetal through methodssuchas mechanical testingandnon-destructivetesting.Theexperimentalresultsshow that the materialof theadhesive，thesizeoftheadhesive，andthehighandlowtemperatureenvironmentallhaveacertaindegree of impactonthebonding performancebetweencarbonfibercompositematerialsandaluminumalloygaskets.Thisstudyisof great significance for the design and bonding processoptimization of aircraft composite material structures.
