Application and verification of polyimide composite profiles in steel structure buildings

Abstract：Thisarticleelaboratesonthemechanical properties，mechanical properties，andother characteristicsof polyimidefibersandtheircomposites，anddescribesthetypes of polyimidecompositeprofiles.Then，thespecificaplicationsof polyimidecomposite materials in stelstructures werediscussed，such as using themas insulation materials toreduce energy consumption，usingthemasfire-rsistantmaterialstoimprovesafetyandanalyzingtherequirementsformaterialproperties insteelstructurebuildings.Themechanicalproperties，heatresistance，andchemicalstabilityofpolyimidecompositeaterials were testedthroughrigorous experimentaldesign.Thetestresultsofmechanical properties，heatresistance，andorroion resistanceof traditionalstelstructure building materialsandpolyimidecomposite profiles wereanalyzed，andtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofpolyimideinpracticalapplicationsweresummarized.Finally，theimportanceandprospectsof polyimidecompositematerialsinconstructionweredetermined，andtheirapplicationsandresearch directionswerediscussed.
