Application and verification of polyimide composite profiles in steel structure buildings

Abstract:Thisarticleelaboratesonthemechanical properties,mechanical properties,andother characteristicsof polyimidefibersandtheircomposites,anddescribesthetypes of polyimidecompositeprofiles.Then,thespecificaplicationsof polyimidecomposite materials in stelstructures werediscussed,such as using themas insulation materials toreduce energy consumption,usingthemasfire-rsistantmaterialstoimprovesafetyandanalyzingtherequirementsformaterialproperties insteelstructurebuildings.Themechanicalproperties,heatresistance,andchemicalstabilityofpolyimidecompositeaterials were testedthroughrigorous experimentaldesign.Thetestresultsofmechanical properties,heatresistance,andorroion resistanceof traditionalstelstructure building materialsandpolyimidecomposite profiles wereanalyzed,andtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofpolyimideinpracticalapplicationsweresummarized.Finally,theimportanceandprospectsof polyimidecompositematerialsinconstructionweredetermined,andtheirapplicationsandresearch directionswerediscussed.
