Research on emergency control strategies for system failure in ultra-high pressure strength testing

Abstract:To addresses the systemsafety protectionrequirements inultra-high pressre strength testing by investigating failurecontingencyanalysisandcoordinatedemergencycontrolstrategies.Thisstudyestablishedanemergencycollborative response mechanism toreveal the interaction mechanismsamong typicalfailure modes—including sealing failure,pressure oscilations,and structuraldeformationunder extreme loadingconditions.Itproposedafailure warning methodbasedon multi-sourceinformation fusion,which integratesdynamic pressure monitoring,acousticemission featurerecognition,and systemstateperceptiontechnolgies toachievearlyfaultdetection.Aditionalyanddevelopedatransientpresurergulationtechnologyusing dynamicinversecompensation,along withamulti-modal information fusion-based fault diagnosis strategyandanovelintelligent pressrerelief actuator.Experimentalvalidationdemonstratesthatthe proposedsystemeffectivelydelaysfailure propagation,significantlyreduces pressure fluctuation amplitudes,and has ben successullapplied to aireraft landinggearstructuraldurabilitytesting.Thisresearchholdssignificantengineering valueforenhancing thereliability of critical equipment testing.
