Abstract：Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the stems of Dai medicinal plant Aspidopterys obcordate Hemsl.MethodsMultiple chromatographic techniques，including silicagel，Sephadex LH-20，ODS column chromatography，and semi-preparative HPLC，were employed to isolate and purifythe chemicalcomponents. The structures of the compounds were elucidated through spectroscopic methods（e.g.，NMR）and comparative analysis with literature data.Results Ten monomeric compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of Aspidopterys obcordate Hemsl.stems and identified as： Asperphenamate （1）； 3β，6α -dihydroxystigmastane （2）；3- isoxazolin- 5- one-2- N- 一 β 一 D -glucopyranoside （3）；Koaburaside（4）；2，4，6-trimethoxyphenol-1-O-β -Dglucopyranoside（5）；2，6-dimethoxy -4 -hydroxyphenol-1-0- β 1 ⋅D -glucopyranoside （6）；1，2，4-triazole-1-N- β T ⋅D -ribofuranoside（7）；Uridine（8）；Kelampayoside A（9）； 3，4，5 -trimethoxyphenol-1- ⋅υ-α ⋅L -rhamnopyranosyl（ 1′′⟶6′ ）-0- β T ∇⋅D -glucopyranoside （1O）.Conclusion The stems of Aspidopterys obcordate Hemsl.contain sterols， alkaloids，and phloroglucinol glycosides.Notably，compounds 1，3-10 were isolated from Aspidopterys obcordate Hemsl. for the first time.
