Abstract：With theinformationsocietyentering the3.Oeraofdigital-inteligent integration，exploring the application of digital-intelligent technologies in the cultivation ofreserve the ice and snow sports talents is of great significance for improving the quality of talent cultivation and grasping the future development direction. Byanalyzing theconnotationofcultivating theiceand snow sportsreservetalentsintheeraofdigital-intellgent integration，itisfound that ithasadvantagessuchas theinterweavingofcomplex thinking，theinteractive experienceofconcretenes，andthepatternofaself-organizingsystem.However，atthesame time，therearealso realisticobstaclessuchas ideological rigidity，technological dependence，andbarrers insharing.Inresponse to this，practical principlesare proposed，includingadhering todynamicoverallplanningand establishinganopen cultivation concept;avoiding the supremacyof technologyand being vigilantagainstthe cultivation contentof “technology omnipotence"；strengthening the synergy efect and constructing acultivation mechanism of“unity of purpose among the upper and lower echelons”.By providing forward-looking theoretical support and practical

guidance for the construction of the ice and snow sports talents echelon in the new era，it can boost the sustainabledevelopmentofcultivatingtheiceandsnow sportsreserve talents and serve the in-depth promotion of the national development strategy of ice and snow sports.
