Abstract：The snowboarding halfpipe eventin China has developedrelatively late，butithas maderapid progress inrecentyears drivenbytheOlympic WinterGames.Inorderto promote thelong-termdevelopmentof this event， research methods suchas literaturereview，videoanalysis，andlogicalanalysisareused to study the technical movements and characteristics of the snowboarders in the snowboarding halfpipe finals Beijing 2022 Games. It isconcluded thatinthesnowboarding halfpipe event，thecompletionof movements is the foundation，and its importance is greater than dificultyand height.Rotation，grab，and movement arrangement help toenhancethe diversity and innovationof movements.Currently，the men's event revolves around the difficultyof grabs，while thewomen’sevent is developing towardsahigher rotationvolume.InChina，there isroom for improvement in themen’s event，andinthewomen'sevent，iftheshortfalsinmovementcompletionanddificulty canbe addressed，there is hopeofcompeting for medalsatthe Olympic Winter Games.It is recommendedto strengthen

basic skills training，make good use of diverse training methods and technological support;grasp the trend of technical development，and promote the comprehensive breakthroughofathletes’abilities through multidisciplinary collaboration;and promote the scientific selection of talents，focusing on the coordinatedapplication of early talent selection and cross-borderand cross-eventtalentselection.
