Abstract：Swedenis thesecond-rankedcurling powerhousein theworld.Studying thedevelopmentcharacteristics ofcurling in Sweden can promotthe high-quality developmentofcurling in China.By exploring the originof curlinganditsdevelopment in Sweden，itis foundthatcurling inSwedenhas thecharacteristicsof takingclubs as thecore and developing the sport according to localconditions;paying attention to thecurling situation of all ages;attaching importance tothecultivationof young athletes;ensuring the sustainabilityof professional talents andemphasizing familycultural inheritance.This enlightens China thatinthe process of developing curling，clubs should beregarded as keysupporting elements，andcomprehensive efforts should be made to cultivate reserve talents，formulate phased development plans，and form Chinese curling culture carriers.By reasonably drawing on Sweden's experience inthe post-Olympic Winter Games eraand striving to localize international experience， China willexplorea curling development path with Chinese characteristics through inheritance and innovation.
