慢性牙周炎患者生活质量现状及影响因素分析

Abstract：Objective：To investigate thecurrnt statusof qualityoflifein patients with chronic periodontitisandanalyze itsinfluencingfactors.Methods：Byusingtheconveniencesampling method，50patients withchronicperiodontitis who visited theoraldepartmentofour hospital from June2O23 to December 2023 wereselectedas the research subjects.A generalinformationquestionnaire，theoralhealth impactprofileforchronicperiodontitis，andtheself-eficacyscalefor oralhealthwereusedfortheinvestigation.Theinfluencingfactorswereanalyzedbysinglefactoranalysis，correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results：The total score of quality of life was （ 30.70±13.98 ）points， and the total score of self-efficacy in oral health care was（ 53.77±13.93 ）points.Univariate analysis showed that there werestatisticallsignificantdiferencsinthetotalscoreofqualityoflifeamongchronicperiodontitispatientsofdiffrent ages，familyaveragemonthly income，family historyof periodontal disease，smoking，drinking，and periodontitis stage （ P<0.05 ）.Pearson correlation analysis showed that except for the relationship between balanced diet and the dimension of oral functionlimitation（r=-0.155， P>0.05 ），the total score of oral health self-eficacy and each dimension of chronic periodontitis patientswere negativelycorrelated withthetotal scoreof qualityoflifeandeachdimension.Theresultsof multiplelinear regressionanalysis showed that age，familyaverage monthly income，periodontitisstage，and totalscoreof oralhealth self-efficacywere the influencing factorsof qualityof lifeinchronicperiodontitispatients（ P<0.001 ）. Conclusion：Thequalityoflifeofpatientswithchronicperiodontitisneeds tobeimproved.Hospitalsandcommunities shouldpayspecial atention toelderlypatients，those withlowmonthlyfamily income，patients with severe periodontitis， and those with lowself-eficacyinoral hygiene.They shouldtake multiple measures tohelpthese patients developthe habit of regularoral examinations，improve their self-efficacy level，and thereby enhance their qualityof life.
