Abstract：Alzheimer'sdisease（AD）isaprevalentneurodegenerativedisorderof thecentralnervous systemthatprimarily affects theelderlypopulation.Characterizedbyinsidiousonsetand progressivedeterioration，ADmanifestspredominantly as cognitive impairmentand memorydeficits，significantlycompromising patients'qualityoflife.Inrecent years，growing research onnatural productsandAD hasrevealed their remarkable potential inAD preventionand treatment through modulating autophagyandferroptosis，owing totheir multi-targetand multi-pathwayadvantages.Thisarticleoutlines the potential mechanismsof autophagyandferoptosis，discusses theirrelationship withAD，andsummarizesnatural products reported inthe pastdecade thatameliorateAD bymodulating autophagyand feroptosis，aiming toprovide theoretical references for the application of natural products inthe preventionand treatmentof neurological disorders aswellas the development of novel therapeutics.
